All Sales Are Final
All sales made through Nelux are final. All items sold are secondhand (pre-owned) luxury watches. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that no returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered except as expressly stated in this policy.
Preowned Items and Assumption of Responsibility
All items sold by Nelux are pre-owned and sold “as is.” Each item is inspected and documented prior to shipment and is sold in the condition described and shown in the product listing.
Upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the item, including its condition, performance, accuracy, maintenance, and handling.
Limited Exceptions
An exception may be considered only if one of the following applies:
The item received is materially different from the description or photos in the listing, or
The item arrives non-functional (dead on arrival).
Any request must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the delivery time recorded by the shipping carrier, along with clear supporting evidence. Requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be considered.
Exclusions
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:
Performance, accuracy, or regulation concerns arising after delivery
Normal mechanical variation inherent to mechanical or automatic watches
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Wear, damage, misuse, or handling occurring after delivery
Any inspection, adjustment, repair, or servicing performed by a third party after delivery
No Warranty
Nelux does not offer any warranty, express or implied, on pre-owned items. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or future performance. All items are sold “as is.”
Disputes and Chargebacks
Buyers are encouraged to contact Nelux directly with any concerns so they may be reviewed promptly. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not override this policy and may delay resolution.
