The Audemars Piguet x Swatch OTG ROZ Ref. SSX03J100N is part of the Bioceramic Royal Pop Collection, an official collaboration combining design elements of Audemars Piguet's iconic Royal Oak with the modular concept of Swatch's POP collection. OTG ROZ is one of eight variations offered within the collection.

The watch incorporates recognizable Royal Oak design elements, including its octagonal architecture and exposed bezel screws, interpreted using Swatch's proprietary Bioceramic material. Bioceramic combines two-thirds ceramic with one-third biosourced material derived from castor oil, producing a lightweight composite with a smooth matte finish.

The collaboration also introduces a specially developed version of Swatch's SISTEM51 mechanical movement. Rather than the conventional automatic SISTEM51 architecture, this version has been redesigned as a hand-wound calibre. The movement is visible through a transparent sapphire caseback featuring Pop Art-inspired decoration, while the mainspring barrel serves as both a visual design element and an indication of the movement's remaining power reserve.

The Royal Pop watches use a modular POP-inspired construction designed to allow different wearing configurations, including on the wrist or removed from the conventional watch format. The collection is distributed through selected Swatch boutiques rather than conventional online ordering.
